The new school consisted of a new purpose-built nursery, 14 classrooms, a specialist teaching room, multi-function double height main hall with facilities for assemblies, dining and P.E., full kitchen, staffroom and admin rooms.
The basement areas were for the main mechanical and electrical plant and services that supplied the building.
Mechanical Services Included:
- New plant room inclusive of boilers and new heating systems throughout.
- New ventilation services throughout.
- Piped services throughout for kitchens and WC’s and classrooms.
- Whole Building BMS System.
- Water Leak Detection System.
Electrical Services Included:
- New electrical distribution systems throughout.
- New Lighting, Small Power and Data throughout.
- External Lighting installation inclusive of lampposts around the play areas.
- Fire, Security and Access Control Systems.
- Solar PV Generation System.
