This project was for a CAT B Fit-out of the main open plan areas, formation of cellular meeting rooms and other support areas and two new MDF Rooms.
Adaptations and extensions to the existing MEP infrastructure and the formation of a dedicated sanitary facilities installation at both levels.
Mechanical Services Included:
- Adaption & alterations to LTHW Fan Coil Units located throughout the floors.
- Adaptions and New ventilation services.
- AC Installation to N+1 in Comms Room
- Piped services throughout.
- BMS System adaptions.
Electrical Services Included:
- New electrical Underfloor power track distribution systems throughout.
- Simmtronic Lighting Control System
- N+1 Distribution complete with New Roof mounted Generator and changeover panel.
